  • How much does Connect Mobile Phlebotomy services cost?
    Connect Mobile Phlebotomy charges patients a flat fee of $200 per draw for our specialists to draw your lab samples at the convenience of your home or office and deliver them to a selected laboratory for testing. The cost of laboratory testing is separate and charged by the laboratory (e.g. Labcorp, Quest or Kit companies). For the exact price of your laboratory testing bill, we recommend calling the laboratory ahead of time. ‍ For partner inquiries, please visit our Partner FAQ.
  • Does insurance cover Connect Mobile Phlebotomy services?
    Connect Mobile Phlebotomy charges an out-of-pocket convenience flat fee of $200. In certain cases, you can submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Once your specimens are delivered to the laboratory you select, the testing itself is generally covered by insurance. We recommend checking first to avoid any surprises. To find out if your insurance is accepted by your preferred lab, you may check at the links below. ‍ Note for Arizona patients: AHCCCS is not covered. Labcorp Quest Sonora Quest
  • What is your rescheduling and cancelation policy?
    Appointments more than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time can be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund. ‍ Appointments less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable if canceled. ‍ To learn more, please review our Terms of Service.
  • How do I get my lab results?
    Lab results will typically be ready in 3-5 business days though certain tests may take longer. Once your lab results are ready, your doctor will typically reach out 2-3 days after to review the results together. In addition, you can check if your lab results are ready with the following options: ‍‍ For your privacy, Connect Mobile Phlebotomy does not receive any information on your lab result status - only you, the provider who ordered your labs, and the laboratory you selected will receive your lab results.
  • What if I don't have a lab order?
    No problem! We have two easy options for providing your lab order to Connect Mobile Phlebotomy when booking a visit. You can provide us your doctor’s contact information and we can collect your lab order for you, or you can ask your doctor for a copy of your lab order and upload it. Either way works for us.
